Outstanding service, great product

I ordered the London Cafe passport as a Christmas gift to my husband. I initially received the wrong order (an NYC pizza passport and an NYC burger passport). When I emailed customer service, it was responded to immediately, apologizing and sending the new order for free, without asking for a return of the wrong products. Within a few hours I had a tracking confirmation. I received the correct order shortly after. Then a few days later, I received an email acknowledging the Canada Post strike, and greatly apologizing for any potential delay in my order. I responded letting them know I’d already gotten it, but the thoughtfulness, quick responses, and customer service were deeply appreciated. The product itself is great too! Can’t wait to explore it!
