Toronto Passport Bundle

I’m working on getting my service dog in training used to going to different cafes and this is a prefect way to find new places to train and I can make notes about how accessible they are for somebody with a service dog and the challenges and successes. My dog had in each environment.

Unfortunately due to the Canada post strike, my passports were held and did not deliver. When I reached out for clarification on my order, I was informed that Canada post was holding the passports and hadn't returned them to the seller either. The customer service team was amazing and sent me two books free of charge with a private courier. This problem had nothing to do with this company and they took it upon themselves to make sure everything was fixed and ensure a quality experience. The books just came in and they are AMAZING! Overall a great book, great concept, and a company that went above and beyond to make my situation feel important and worthy of attention. Best customer experience I've ever had.

When I accidentally sent the product to my old address, the management at Cafe Passport had no problem supporting me to get the passport sent to the right location!

I have had so much fun with the Cafe, Pizza and Burger Passports so far. I've been making a point to try a new cafe every week and have found a bunch of really cute spots. Really good idea and nicely presented.
