A Totally Cool Fun Idea

Great Customer Service!

I purchased this Phoenix Cafe Passport for my husband for Christmas and it was sadly mis-delivered. When I reached out to customer support on Christmas Eve, they responded right away and immediately remedied the situation and sent out a new cafe passport. I was really impressed by the quick response and caring service. We have since used the passport and it’s been fun exploring cafes. We also like the feature that adds all the cafes in the book to our Google maps, to make it easier to find them when we’re out in different neighborhoods.
